Our mission
Everyday tools should be quick to find, honest about how they process data, useful without an account, and careful with saved work. SimpleTaskTools puts those ideas into one installable web application instead of sending users through a maze of duplicate utility pages.
Local-first saved work
Favorites, recent tools, workspaces, drafts, and saved results stay on your device by default.
Explicit sync consent
An account never silently uploads local work. You choose whether to sync and which data categories may leave the device.
Fast local processing
Most utilities run in the browser without an upload. Network-enabled tools clearly identify that they need a connection.
Find the right operation
Tool collections group related tasks. Each tool includes instructions, an example and limitations to help you check the result.
What the product includes
The catalog spans 14 workflow collections, including developer, JSON, API, SEO, AI, PDF, image, finance, network, DevOps, text, creator, freelancer, and productivity tools. Browse the live tool collections for the current inventory.
High-demand tools include schema and metadata generators, campaign URL helpers, AI token and cost estimators, invoice and tax calculators, JSON converters, cron tools, and the existing formatter, file, security, and productivity suite.
Accounts are optional
Guest users get local favorites, recent activity, workspaces, drafts, and saved results. Where account infrastructure is configured, users may sign in and explicitly enable individual sync categories. Secret-like content remains local-only by default, and existing local data is never migrated without a separate confirmation.
How the site is supported
Core tools are free. Ad serving is paused during content review. The site supports configured sponsor placements, an optional donation page, and API documentation for endpoints that actually exist. The pricing page clearly labels planned offerings and does not present an unavailable checkout.
Transparency
Tool pages describe their processing mode and privacy behavior. The privacy policy explains local storage, IndexedDB, optional account sync, sensitive-data safeguards, analytics, and deletion controls.
